Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Decision Court collects, why we use it, and the choices you have over your information.
Effective 16 August 2026 · Version 1.01. Who operates Decision Court
Decision Court is operated by Brand Inventive, a sole proprietorship based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. For privacy questions, requests, or more information, write to support[at]decisioncourt[dot]com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information needed to run your private hearing, including:
- Google sign-in details, such as your name, email address, profile image and account identifier;
- your case submission, transcripts, answers, case record, arguments, final testimony and verdict;
- voice recordings you choose to submit during a hearing;
- session, device, security and abuse-prevention signals;
- feedback, support correspondence, credit-ledger activity and payment status or identifiers supplied by Razorpay.
We do not receive or store complete card, bank-account or other payment-credential details.
3. Why we use information
We use information to authenticate you, run and resume your cases, transcribe speech, generate the Court experience and verdict, deliver case records and transactional email, administer credits and payments, provide support, prevent misuse, protect the service, meet legal obligations and understand product performance without using case content for marketing.
4. Service providers and international processing
We use carefully selected providers to operate Decision Court. These include Google and Firebase services for authentication, storage, hosting, speech and AI processing; Razorpay for payment processing; and Resend for transactional email. Providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us or to comply with law.
Because these providers may operate infrastructure in more than one country, your information may be processed outside your country of residence. We use contractual, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.
5. Retention and deletion
- Accepted raw voice recordings are scheduled for deletion within seven calendar days after transcription acceptance.
- Case text, transcripts, arguments and verdicts remain in your account until you delete the relevant case or request account deletion.
- After a confirmed account-deletion request, we disable access immediately and complete deletion from active product systems within seven calendar days.
- Payment, tax, security, fraud-prevention and immutable credit-ledger records may be kept longer where required or permitted by law. Recovery copies age out under our backup controls and are not used for ordinary processing.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal information where applicable. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These choices may limit or end our ability to provide the service, but do not affect processing already completed lawfully.
Use the privacy and data controls in the product when available, or email support@decisioncourt.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Where the GDPR or other local privacy law applies, you may also have the right to object, restrict processing, or complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including authenticated access, access controls, encryption in transit where supported, security monitoring and scoped provider access. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please avoid submitting passwords, financial account details, government identifiers or other highly sensitive information unless essential.
8. Children and policy changes
Decision Court is not intended for children. Do not use the service if you are below the minimum age required in your location to consent to this type of online service. We may update this policy as the product or law changes. The current version and effective date will always appear on this page.
9. Contact
